 Material for production of spiro ducts, fittings and connecting elements is galvanized or aluminium sheet metal. We can differentiate VENT and SAFE spiro program. In VENT program ducts and fittings are without the rubber sealing(gasket), while SAFE program is with double rubber sealing, which eliminates the risk of leakage and simplify the mounting.
Diameter of spiro ducts ranges from Ø80mm to Ø1250mm. Spiro (round) program consists of ducts, bends, reducers, T pieces, X pieces , couplings ( connectors for ducts), ventilation hoods, regulating dampers, saddle pieces, end caps.
Today more and more enterprises are passing from rectangular to spiro ducts because of several reasons: quicker and much easier mounting, require as little as possible space, environmental acceptable, without noise, easy cleaning, aesthetic performance, temperature consistency from -30°C to +100°C , less suspension material, external diameter is minor for 20%, therefore less isolation material needed. |
